言い換えるとThat’sの特定の状況で飲み、It’sが使える
1.目の前でごみを路上に捨てている人がいる！

B: No, I don’t mind it.
3.ぶつかってきた相手が、I’m sorry.
That’s OK. ぶつかったことに対してOK
It’s OK. 謝ったことに対してOK
